National Level Trust Registration Procedure- Under NCT (National Capital Territory)
One Person Address in Delhi ( with all Required Documents in delhi address Like Aadhar card,Pan card, Electrictiy Bill, Water bill
Minimum three members are required, one is Founder/Settlor and other one is Trustee. ( Self attested Adhaar Pan card,Photo / ID Proof of all members required)
One address proof (electricity bill or water bill along with id proof of owner) of the registered address in delhi
Name of the Trust.
Photographs of all members & original id proof of founder is required on day of presentation in Registrar Office in Delhi .
Please note that the Physical presence of Settlor and Two Witnesses along with their KYC is must at the time of Registry with Sub Registrar)
Address Proof of all the members
Electricity/ Water bill (Business Place)
Copy of Property papers (If owned property)
Landlord NOC (Format will be provided)
